Believe it or Not!!! In Sept 2010, I have surprisingly kicked my self out from my own house which I bought many years ago .. oooh dear. This is how it happened.... In July 2008, I bought a new dream house in a newly built residential area. The property is expected to be ready and handed over to the purchaser by sept 2009 . The property is indeed much more spacious , has a better surrounding environment but it has cost me a fortune to own it.....To enable me to purchase the property , I have to sell off my existing house at a quite good price in return . However, as stated in the hire purchase agreement , as the owner of property I am required to vacant the premise latest by Sept 2010. .Unfortunately my new house was not ready according to schedule so I have no choise other than moving out the house and find a temporary place for my family to stay....At the end i have to rent a townhouse for storing my furniture and others from the existing house.. Apart from the furniture and electrical goods, I have about 50 over boxes sized 2'x 4'x 4' boxes of fully packed goods... It is not surprisingly , It took 4 trips of 5 ton lorry to move all the goods over .... Myself and the family moved to my other property which is actually operating as a kindergarden or nursery.... .
